    Do I need to make an appointment to sell my device?

    Appointments are not necessary, but we recommend scheduling one to ensure a smooth process. If you prefer, you can also drop by our LV location during business hours, or schedule a pick-up at your convenience.

    How quickly will I get paid?

    You will receive payment immediately after we inspect and confirm the condition of your device. We pay in cash on the spot, so there’s no waiting period.

    What if my device is damaged or not working?

    We buy devices in all conditions, including those that are damaged or not working. However, the condition of the device will affect the offer we make. Be honest about the condition when requesting a quote for the most accurate estimate.

    Do you buy devices that are locked or tied to a specific carrier?
